I had an excellent experience with my service advisor Will Selmon! He was incredibly professional, efficient, and friendly throughout the entire process. Will took the time to explain what was being done and even gave me helpful tips for maintaining my vehicle. It’s clear that he genuinely cares about the customers and takes pride in his work.

They do not honor their appointment times. Had an appointment for 9:00 for a single tire change. They didn’t get my car on a rack and the tire off until 9:45. I had other appointments I needed to meet and ended up having to make other arrangements because I wasn’t done until 10:30. It took an hour and a half for a twenty minute tire change.

Worst service. Unorganized, had to follow up upon warranty repair 3 times over 9 month period. Do not recommend.

I would rate lower if I could. It ridiculous that an oil change and fuel system service takes over 2 hours. Even with an appointment scheduled. If it wasn’t for the sake of my warranty I would do it myself. In 20 minutes. Very disappointed

I took my vehicle in complaint of a chime sound every time I press on my brakes and it gets to 6-7 mph before stopping. I was told they had never seen this. After 4 1/2 days in the shop, they still couldn’t fix it and told me I needed a new sensor in my bumper. I have never gotten any message on my diagnostics that there was a bad sensor. Also, after I finally got my vehicle back, the rain sense doesn’t work now. I’m very disappointed with the service and lack of help. So I’m now at their mercy to pay for a new sensor. By the way, they said there was a tiny rock dent in the sensor so they are assuming that is the problem without telling me for sure. And to top it off, they say it’s not covered under my warranty. Go figure. Guess a new sensor it is.

I initially went on July 5 to Jerry's and I was not pressured to buy when I told themi was still looking and after checking out other vehicles I went back to Jerry's 2 weeks later and they gave me an offer I couldn't turn down. Tim Bennett was very professional and an excellent salesman! Very happy with working with Jerry's!

I have an older 2006 CYS and it needed a new seatbelt pretensioner; however, an OEM part is not available. Jerry’s removed the bad part so I could send it to a company to overhaul it. They then installed it when it came from the overhaul. Jerry’s personal were great to work with.
