I brought my 2019 Mustang in for some repairs. I was hearing funny noises coming out of the rear. I called the dealership, and they told me to bring it in on Monday morning at 10:30. I was greeted by Keith Moody a service writer who was very friendly and had a big smile on his face. I told him the problems I was having and that I needed to rent a car and that I had a Ford warranty on the vehicle. He called me every day and told me the status of my car and the vehicle was done In three days. If I had any more problems with this vehicle , I would definitely bring it back to the four star ford dealership in jackaboro texas

They conveniently pickup our vehicle for an oil change and overall check. They talked with me about some additional repairs and kept me updated. I was also sent the overview for any items to watch. Very polite and let me know when to expect completion of the services agreed to.
