James came out to troubleshoot our ac unit that was down. He showed up ahead of schedule, diagnosed and fixed the issue within an hour! He was super friendly and knowledgeable. This isn’t the first time Hart has helped us with our AC systems and we always have a good experience. I can’t recommend them enough! Thanks guys!
This morning, HART HVAC Provided servicing and troubleshooting for my AC unit. James performed an excellent job, explaining the procedures he performed and findings. Their team is very professional and customer oriented. I would suggest this HVAC company to anyone.
Hart HVAC installation manager came to review our systems. He actually measured our rooms to get the correct tonnage! So far so good - new installation is next week.
Post installation and the guys were wonderful. All day hard project. New system works like a champ - love it!
Additional follow-up during cold weather to ensure electric strips are working correctly and the tech was very professional! Original install was all done correctly.
