Dylan was the best technician I’ve ever had. He gave me step by step analysis even if I spoke the lingo or not and translated to simple terms when I needed it. He gave me tips on things that weren’t even part of the problem. It was 85 degrees in the house when he got here and when he left it had lowered to 78 and getting lower. Hart A/C came to the rescue big time. I only had to suffer 12 hours and boom Hart made everything all well. Hart is my go to in the past and even more now.
Dwayne was very professional, honest, and easy to work with. He explained that our capacitor should be replaced once its reading falls below 6%. Mine was right at 6%, so he assured me it was still fine and could wait until he returns for our winter service. It’s refreshing to work with someone who gives you the information you need without pressuring you into an unnecessary repair or surprising you with a large, unexpected bill. I truly appreciated his honesty and would highly recommend him!
Ulises was a big help getting our AC back up and running, but also took the time to walk me through trouble shooting and simple preventative maintenance to ensure the problem doesn’t arise again.
