We just moved into a new house, my wife and I installed some new outlets but were having issues with the circuit. We called Craig to come look at what we thought was going to be a major problem. He assisted us with our issue and took the time to provide some education. I also have a shed which has electricity that we were concerned about the integrity of. Craig took the time to look it over and provided feedback. Overall a great experience, and we will be using them again for our future needs.Service: Electrical outlet & switch installation
Replacing 2 water heaters and at the very end of the install.. no power to the water heater, the breaker was bad. It was 4:53 and Mr. Hale answered his phone, after a few others on or list did not. He could’ve said “I can come out tomorrow”, but instead he said “how can I help you”!!! It was an easy non- pricey job & I’m well off the beaten path in Poolville, yet very important to us to have hot water. We didn’t have to beg or tell him our sob story, he said he’d be right out and he was, and charged us for the part only since it was such an easy job. WHAT??
