Alexis genuinely enjoys and takes great care with my dog. The cut is always what I ask it to be. Can't recommend them enough. They do not force your dog to do anything, they use positive reinforcement instead to make it an enjoyable experience that your dog wants to go to.

Morgan is always a delight. She adds a level of charm that is simply unparalleled! The service here is top notch! It shows that they love your pet just as much as you do. I am never disappointed. I highly recommend them. I won't take my dog Lucy anywhere else!

We have been taking our 3 dogs there for years. All three dogs love going there. The husky sheds a lot and goes every 4 weeks. Our golden doodle and yorke go every 6 weeks. The people are very friendly and all 3 dogs love them

I say this with my whole chest: Glamour Paws Pet Spa is the best! My dogs bring receipts to back up this statement. This morning when I dropped off the dogs, as soon as we turned on to Bankhead and they realized where we were going they both started whining with excitement and their tales wagging so hard they were unstable on their paws. As soon as I parked, the whining to be let out got more insistent. When I opened the front door Ku ran in past Alexis and Morgan in the reception area, pushed open the door to the grooming area, and jumped in the first open holding crate and waited for Morgan to close the door. The smile on my dogs faces when I bring them to Michelle's team tells me everything I need to know about the care and love they receive on their Spaw Day (Yes, that's how their appointments are saved on my calendar).

Ku is a Great Pyrenees mix, and 96 pounds. Cali is a Chihuahua that is 6 pounds. They are at opposite ends of the size spectrum and both get such good treatment. Ku is a bit of a chatty Charlie while at the spa, so the team always tries their hardest to get him washed, clipped, and dried before the restaurant opens. Works for me! My fur babies get washed, nails clipped, and dried about every six weeks. Fortunately, Alexis always sets up the automatic scheduler which sends me reminders to ensure I never miss an appointment.

I love this team; their professionalism, friendliness to humans, and care for the fur babies is beyond my expectations.

If you're new to the area, need a different groomer, or have a new fur baby, consider Glamour Paws and let Michelle, Morgan, and Alexis show you what a truly special atmosphere they create for your baby while in their care. Full disclosure, I hate that I'm writing this because I'm worried that I'll have trouble getting appointments, but the truth needs to be out there about how fabulous Glamour Paws is.

My fur baby has never been groomed, she is a Auggie. I was so afraid of her biting someone, which she's never done. Tomi called me to tell me she was the best and she was so good. My fur is absolutely beautiful. I will be using glamour paws pet spa in the future.

If you have a specialty dog do not take your pet here to be groomed. The owner herself seemed overwhelmed by my dog and said some outrageous price to scare me away. Price gouging isn’t a good business practice if you ask me. I asked prior to be put on reminders to bring my pet in for their specifications and was never put on anything. Not sure if it is because they are so small they cannot accommodate but they will definitely not receive my business or anyone I know in the future. Being a business owner myself this behavior from the entire shop is unacceptable. Clearly they are doing very well and do not need any extra further customers. I think if you can’t handle a certain breed you should say so. The last time I came in there was feces on the floor in the back room and the other dogs looked absolutely terrified. I just chalked it off as they were being groomed so they are stressed but frankly I think these poor dogs were showing signs of stress because of lack of care. Needless to say my sheepadoodle will see someone else because I didn’t feel safe leaving my pet in this establishments care. The owner stated my dog was in terrible shape and he was cost a extra $100 + to groom and looked like she was in over her head. Many people have doodles and I highly recommend you find someone that can handle our sweet breed somewhere else. Dogs are like children and feed off energy and this place is not safe. Do better Glamour paws. If you’ve been grooming pets for 47 years (the owner claims she’s been doing) then you should be able to handle anything that walks through your door and clearly your skills are limited. I should be able to keep my dog with longer hair. Never was I asked if I brush or comb him (which I do daily). I was also instructed I can keep him longer if I brush his coat. So I guess I’m confused on which it is. Frankly I don’t think this business even knows the answer. You seeing dollar signs with owners who have doodles is wrong and taking advantage of individuals isn’t a wise business moto either. Especially in a small town.

Michelle always has done a great job on our Doodle and our Coton de Tulear. She just finished shaping up our senior dog after we took him to a different groomer because of convenience. Needless to say, we will drive the 20 miles to her shop from here on. Thank you Michelle for loving our dogs.
