Genesis had my new vehicle two different times which totaled about two months 😞. That being said, that’s not their fault. Genesis just has some issues with their new vehicles and I noticed a bunch of new cars with these problems (noises in dash, steering wheel, screen needing replaced). I’ll admit the first time I was a little annoyed because of communication, they didn’t fix one of the issues, and they didn’t wash my car. The second time was much much better. The communication was great, the loaner car was nicer than ours, they sent video updates, all the staff was friendly, they washed my vehicle and it looked better than when we turned it in. My name is Le Vu and i would love to share my experience at Genesis of Weatherford. 3 months ago . I bought a GV70 with a lot of help from Ms. Joana ( 1 and only Lady of their sell team ) . Once again , thanks Joana cause of your knowledge, honest and friendly service . Will buy more cars whenever I need . Yesterday was my first Valet service with Genesis of Weatherford. Everything go smooth and professional with Mr . Josh from their service team. Ya will know how luxury valet service they provide . Best experience with their service . you guys are the best team .
