Our entire experience with Bill and his team was excellent! He came to our house with all of the samples and took his time showing us everything and answering all of our questions. Once our carpet came in, we scheduled the install and Anthony and Bob arrived on time and ready to work. They did a great job! It looks perfect and I love that they move all your furniture for you. We are so so happy that we called them and if I ever need more carpet, I will be using them again! Highly recommend.Service: Carpet installation
Bill Cooper provided the history of the company which is important. He explained all the products to me so I was able to make an educated decision. He was a professional gentleman. The gentleman who installed my floors in the living , dining room and hall, were friendly, polite, and took the time to answer my questions. I will be a repeat customer to finish the rest of my house.I give Bill 10 stars.Service: Wood floor installation
Bill is so knowledgeable and helpful! I love that he comes to the client’s home to do consultations with all his flooring samples! SO much better than standing in a flooring store trying to make selections. Highly recommend!
