Clients appreciate the team's willingness to explain diagnoses clearly and answer all questions patiently. The practice also demonstrates understanding and flexibility when dealing with billing issues. Horses requiring emergency care during foaling have received life-saving treatment, highlighting the team's dedication and skill.
We’ve had such a great experience with this veterinary team, especially Dr. Janna Ruether. She is incredibly attentive, responsive, and genuinely cares about the horses she treats. You can tell that she truly loves what she does and takes the time to make sure both the horse and owner are taken care of.
Her tech, Summer, is also fantastic and such a pleasure to work with. They make a great team, and we really appreciate how dependable, knowledgeable, and caring they are. Highly recommend Dr. Ruether and this team!
Dr. Lutter took on a botched case from another hospital and turned my nightmare around 180 degrees. The entire team at ESMS was so great. Dr Morales checked us in and was sure to not miss a single detail. We have a long road to recovery ahead of us but the passion these vets and their teams have for healing the animals we love so much, will never be forgotten. I'll write a more in-depth review with all of the reason they're great when I have the energy but what you need to know is that I would absolutely take my high-level horse back if he was in trouble again.
The doctor who answered the phone was so sweet, Dr Madrigal and the team at ESMS are so kind and helpful. They helped our mare in a moment of need and we could not be more thankful and grateful for this team of wonderful people!!
