Dog Spa is amazing. I moved here over 2 years ago and that’s the only place we’ve been. They are so nice and make my dog look soooo good every single time! 10/10

My dog came home with his butt torn up. He was shaved to the skin on his butt and hind legs. I had to put neosporin on him so it wouldn't get infected and heal. I'll never go back there again.

Didn't have my correct phone number and when I called to see how much longer it was going to be he said I texted you 2 hrs ago. when I asked what number he had it was the wrong number and said didn't a guy make the appointment. No he didn't then I paid for a cut that was not at all what we discussed. He didn't have change and was not friendly when I pick her up.

I tried to be patient, but they have screwed up 4 of the 7 times we have been now. Keep cutting our dog wrong. Prices are double what they started and seemed to go up $10 every time I go. Rude. Lost my dog’s collar.
I tried to give him one more opportunity by giving extremely clear instructions and make sure they had it in their records correctly, but they messed it up yet again.
Also refused to give me my money back on this final time.

Now I see why they have 2* reviews on Map Quest, Apple Maps and Yelp. I’m giving them a 1 and wish it was a -2.
Dudes going to be rude, combative and argue with me when I come in after the address takes me to Santa Fe dr. I told him that the address was wrong when I walked in the door as I was barely on time. Told me they have updated their address everywhere. I went in to pick her up and the dude said “well I use Google”. I’m like not everyone else does!
UPDATE YOUR ADDRESS.
Their website no longer works either.
I’m ex IT and he’s going to tell me to refresh my browser as that’s why this address is coming up. Dude needs to know what he’s talking about. DA, you refresh your browser or delete the history ON A BROWSER, NOT ON MAPS!!!
I guess this little know it all should contact Apple Maps, open up a troubleshooting ticket and tell them to refresh their site. SMFH

Price was double the "start at" price advertised on the website for dogs who were recently groomed, and on the list of breeds that fell under that price. Owner had no explanation as to why the charge was $100 for a medium dog, other than "you should have got a price first".... Confrontation is never fun, but being dismissive and telling a customer that you will pay what I say or I will press charges leads me to believe this isn't the first time he has charged double what his advertised prices reflect. My dogs look cute but they have been shaking their head since I picked them up and one of them threw up. They have been groomed every 4-6 weeks since they were pups and this has never happened.
