Water pump seized on my 26 yr old BMW 740iL rolling down I20 heading for Abilene.Wrecker service recommended Dillon Auto repair in Weatherford.Took a while to round up parts for the old girl.That would be my only complaint,but it is an old car so there's that. 90 miles from home unfortunately but Lisa and Matt kept me informed on when parts would arrive and on the progress of the repair.Once repairs were complete I stopped by to pay for the job(had never seen the facility).Very impressed with the shop!.Very clean and organized.They even cleaned my engine before even starting repairs! I’m so thankful the Weatherford community has a trusted repair shop we can bring our European vehicles to get serviced without having to go into DFW! From my first call to set my appointment, Lisa set the tone for excellent service. The coffee and snacks in the waiting room were an added bonus and the quick service of my oil change was great. They didn’t give my keys back until they had properly checked and reset my service lights making sure everything was tip top! Knowing I don’t have to drive all the way to Hurst anymore to get my Alpha Romeo taken care of is a blessing! Thank you to Matt and the entire service team for taking such great care of my vehicle!
