Clearpath has stepped in for me just when I needed them! I live 45 minutes away from my 86 yr old Father and work. Each time over the last couple of years, when something major has come up, I know who to call. He has always been treated with such respect and made to feel very important. I am so blessed by Clearpath and the care and support they have provided. They communicate with me and have been 100% dependable.

Good communication from the office and our provider with changes in schedule etc.
We are very comfortable with our home health aide. She is very helpful in assisting us with our daily activities, taking us to the pharmacy, Drs appointments, grocery shopping. We would not be able to stay in our own home without her.
Clear path is helping us plan for increased home care in the future.
