There were too many short cuts taken. Cheap caulking was used throughout our custom home and it has separated on walls, window seals, etc. and it looks a mess. The home is very cold and drafty most days. Cabinets throughout the home are just ok.They were custom made by the builder's vendor and have caulking that is separating also, as well as crooked cuts..There are too many things to list. This review is honest and it pains me to write it because we spent our lifetime savings to build a home we could retire in after serving our country for 28 years in the Military. It’s a wrap! Exactly one year ago Brad Davis and his team at Bedrock Homes began the process of taking our dream home from plans on paper to an actual structure. Brad’s team began laying out what will eventually become the foundation for our forever home.
It did not matter that there were major supply chain issues, lumber and material shortages and a dwindling labor force. Brad and his team just got the job done. The quality of our home is impeccable and Brad is so obsessed with detail that every time he comes to our home, he finds something that is not up to his standard and he orders the repair. I can’t recommend Bedrock Homes enough. Ro and his team did an awesome job building our home, we came in under budget and ahead of schedule. They are the only home builders we will ever use.
