A wonderful experience! Multiple nameplates on the counter for each person working there. Staff acknowledges you, even if they are on the phone. They knew my name before I told them. They are on the ball. Every person from reception, x-ray technician, dental hygienist, to the dentist himself introduced themselves and was very personable and pleasant. Reviewed treatment options in detail, plainly showing images and giving reasoning. Flexible and ready to listen as well as advise. Everyone was super helpful. Good people. I highly recommend!

Great experience with Dr. Novak. Tom was very quick to get me in for a last minute root canal. Talked me through the entire process as the operation took place and made sure to make me feel comfortable for the entire appointment. Would highly recommend to anyone!
