Went in for eye exam and had glasses made. The prescription in my left eye was perfect but something in the left eye was was not correct. Went back in and was made to feel as if it was something I had done wrong by the front staff. After I received another exam and they changed the prescription in both eyes from previous exam from two weeks earlier. Keep in mind this was a simple single vision prescription. I left the office with very little confidence in what had been done. At this point I had lenses recrafted and when I received them it was still not right. Now I feel my only choice is to go somewhere else and start over with another eye exam.

I just wanted to say that I have been going to Americas best for years and I had the best experience this last time. (I’ve never had a bad one) but this one stood out. There are two ladies there named Lily and Melinda (or Miranda) They know the difference between a business transaction and an experience. They were so pleasant even tho it was close to closing time and several people were coming in to pick up glasses. They juggled the place like a fine tuned orchestra. They were very attentive to every guest. Immediately greeting each one as they walked in the door. They were super quick and professional while giving that extra special kindness to each person. These ladies are true gems and are both VERY good at their job. Customer service is an art and they have definitely mastered it! They said I could fill out a survey but I’m not sure how to do that. I couldn’t find one in my email, but would be happy to do this if someone can send me a link.

America’s Best Contacts & Eyeglasses does a great job serving the Weatherford community by making eye care affordable and accessible. Friendly staff, convenient location, and pricing that actually helps families. I also appreciate their support for military members and families and their broader mission to improve access to vision care. As a local resident, one opportunity for continued improvement would be supporting community beautification and cleanup efforts. Weatherford has great local groups like Love Weatherford, Keep Weatherford Beautiful Trash-Off, and area garden clubs that work year-round to keep the city clean, educate on proper waste disposal, and maintain natural spaces. Partnering with or supporting these efforts would be a great way to further reflect this business’s commitment to the community.
