So let's talk about this. First let's say this review could have swung the other way if there was just one person to communicate with.

So my girlfriend booked us Valentine's day foot massage. This Vday it was raining crazy. We walked in 20 minutes early for our appointment. We were greeted by a man who spoke no English and show us his phone that was translated and asked us to come back in 40 mins, we told him ok. We went to a few shops and came back in exactly 40 mins.

This time a lady showed us her phone because she spoke no English. It told us we were late for our original appointment time and they cancelled our appointment. We told her the man told us to come back in 40 and we did. She told us he was not the manager. She continued to tell us this and just walked around.

My girlfriend had a text from the manager when she booked so we text her and she told us to come to A1A1 cause she owned them both. The lady at yaya still tried to get us to stay and there was no communication.

We then drove to A1A1. We told them I wanted the back and foot massage and my girlfriend wanted the foot massage. I sat down and the guy showed me a timer with 60 mins. He did the foot massage and got up. I asked him about the back massage to which he said nothing as he spoke no English. He got his stuff and left the shop. Meanwhile my girlfriend was getting a back massage. I thought maybe he was the only one that did them so I waited. He then got done and went to the front so we could pay. I tried to explain I never got my massage so he brought me back and gave me it. He then went to the front and charged us full price for 2 foot massages and 2 back massages. Again he spoke no English so there was no apology or discount for the crazy mix up at the first store and them giving the wrong person a back massage.

Again if just one person could have communicated with us I am sure this day would have gone better. The massage was wonderful but due to the lack of communication it was not enjoyable. Due to this I would not return as a customer.

Super relaxing foot massage after a long day walking the Arboretum. Really comfortable and quiet atmosphere. Will definitely visit again next time I’m in the area.

I brought me and my wife to yaya foot massage today and it was more then i expected. Great and friendly people greeted us at the door and helped us to our seats where they began the massage. They were very quick and efficient with us yet slow and intentional with their service. They didn’t start the clock until we were all situated. So cool. The guy was very firm the whole way through the massage. Very sweet people and it’s insane to massage feet in so many different ways. More then i expected and will definitely be back!

Excellent massage, and atmosphere. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve just fallen asleep from the relaxation, and I’m the type of person who struggles to sleep in her own bed. Lol this place is great. I’ll be there for my birthday in a couple weeks 🥳

Yaya is the bomb diggity. They were able to squeeze in a party of 3 with little notice. We did the 40 min foot massage. Great service. Great massage. Great pressure. Highly recommend.

Both my husband and I would be back!Massage was hard and hit all the pressure points. Much better than the 4.2 stars it shows!!

Love this YaYa's the only foot spa I can actually relax and fall asleep at! The staff and environment are chill and professional.

First trying this foot spa and this will be my new monthly spa. From the greeting to the ambience, this spa was very worth it. Highly recommend.
