TX Air Assurance was very thorough in the initial diagnosis of my issue and when there was a mishap on my end, they were extremely understanding and patient. The repair techs were very professional and did outstanding work!

I HIGHLY recommend them! Justin came out did a diagnostic on the upstairs and Outside unit, clean the unit and quickly discovered the problem. The day before I had called another company out. They only checked for Freon leakage and then told me that I would need a new unit that would cost $6000 and did no other kind of diagnostics. They also told me that the unit was not in warranty which Justin found that it was. He had the repair done and under 3 Hours and the house was cool before bedtime. He even stayed late to complete the work wanting to make sure that my house was comfortable to sleep in. He was probably the best repair person I have ever come in contact with.

I have had the BEST experience with this company and am kicking myself I didn't hire them sooner! First of all, they come out same day and have very clear communication. They would have even made it out on a holiday when I first contacted them. Second, they are thorough and go above and beyond. Trey was the first tech that came out and I was so happy with his professionalism, kindness, knowledge, and the work that he did. I am so glad I am part of their Comfort Club and now have peace of mind for HVAC and pest control services!
