This place is horrible don’t go here , they wanna act stupid on how they do design and then try and make me pay for something they horrible did and laugh knowing that isn’t right u spend money here for what to be treated wrongly worst place ever they pick and choose who they want money coming in .

Went there to get a manicure for my birthday and the lady didn't give me what I wanted but I said nothing because I knew I would have to pay extra. She was rude and I rarely get my nails professionally done so the experience was awkward for me but this was my first going to that place and she apparently didn't understand what exactly I wanted.

The service was okay (I've had better) and the people were friendly but the lady who did my nails actually cut me, as in she drew blood and when I complained about it hurting she ignored it and continued to do my nails as if I said nothing. I ended up having to take my nails off that same week because the cut had ended up getting infected thanks to the products that were packed into the cut.

Worst nails I’ve ever had, lady was on her phone the whole time and the nails aren’t even at all. The paint is comming off and I just got these done not only did she over charge me 45 when it should have been 35 what we agreed on originally. She also did them so fast like they aren’t even painted 2 coats and she cut me with the tools on my cuticle

I was getting a pedicure when a white woman walked in the lady stopped doing my feet and started to do the white lady nails, left me sitting in the chair and didn't say anything. Did not try to communicate at all.They only like black people's money but cater to white folks. Ridiculous customer service. Thank you but not me you will not play on my top... You can tell that this has been going on for years and people in this community allow this type of foolish behavior.

I only say this for Amy. When I arrived for my appointment she was rude and denied I had an appointment with her. And then didn't really want to do my feet. She stated let someone else do for you. When she did start she was going on and on about nothing revelant to me it rude and unkind. With that said when I go to get my pedicures I like to relax and enjoy my services. I don't want to hear someone being rude to me. I tipped very little due to the fact her awful customer service and insensitivity.Service: Pedicure
