Ken and everyone else at Performance treated us fantastically! They worked really hard to not only fix our problem, but to make sure we were dealt with fairly and compassionately. Two thumbs up, five stars!
Really great experience - a/c randomly went out on a weekend (of course) and we have a newborn we can’t just tough it out with. He was to our house within an hour and has us back up and running. Very appreciative of the care and the price.
