This was our first home purchase and Greg was beyond what we could have hoped for as a realtor. We wanted a realtor who was fully committed to getting us into a home and not just a part time realtor. He worked really hard to send us listings that fell within our wants and needs. Time was of the essence in the current market and we were able to quickly view the homes. Greg did a quick job of running numbers to put in competitive bids. He was excellent at walking us through homes and pointing out values and potential. He helped us ask for concessions to meet fha standards. He is highly educated on all things real estate from value, landscaping, a/c, water, electric, roofing, and real estate contract laws. He never tried to influence us on our decisions but gave us the information to consider all sides of purchasing. He is extremely personable, honest, and reliable.
