My daughter and I made eyebrow appointments about a month ago. When we walked in there wasn't anyone at the front desk. There was a man cutting someone's hair in the first stall area but he didn't speak. After 20 minutes had passed a lady came up and apologized stating person we had an appointment with had left her phone at home and went back to get it. Things happen so no problem, 35 minutes past appointment time we were taken care of.
Yesterday we had appointments at 3. We were 10 minutes early. Again we walk in and not a soul is in the reception area. One person walked in. I assumed they worked there because they walked straight to the back area without speaking. We sit and wait. 20 minutes pass, I ring the bell at the desk, nothing. So I hit it a bit harder, nothing. Now this whole time we can hear voices talking so I know they heard the bell. I sit back down and we wonder if we made the appointment on wrong day? So we leave. Once in the car, I call - no answer.
I won't be calling back. Im not sure this place is really that interested in staying open. Not only does their customer service suck, I find them all to be extremely rude and carefree about MY time.

Peyton was amazing! She did my 9 year old hair and had her feeling soo pretty when we left! Such a great experience!!! Will definitely be back!

Peyton always does such a great job with my hair. I wanted to get pink hair and let me tell you she made my vision COME TO LIFE! I always leave feeling so refreshed and spoiled after our appointments. Would definitely recommend!

Peyton is the best! She does my hair just how i want it every time. She also does my nails she does gel x. I recommend her for everything! I have gotten full blonde from her and even went back to brown with her & baylage. She can do it all!! 😍😍😍

I don’t know if it was a bad day or what, but terrible first time customer..First of all, I am a mother of 4. When I make an appointment I will be there. We originally scheduled a simple haircut at 1pm, then she said she got an opening for 11am and asked if I wanted to come early, yeah that sounds great. Cool. Well the day of the appointment she messages and said she had a family emergency..can I come at 1pm..fine. I know things happen, not a problem. I get there at 1pm. The ladies at the front desk..rude and snobby, not welcoming or inviting. The person that is supposed to do my hair comes out 10 minutes after my appointment and says so sorry she is behind and running a little late. Okay not a problem. Well, I am still sitting there 45 minutes after my appointment?! Not a word of an eta, nothing. So I leave and that’s that. While I was waiting in those 45 minutes a lady came in for her appointment and they said oh we messed up, can you come back in a couple hours? Very unorganized, I would never be back. Nope. Never. I don’t recommend. Terrible experience.

Peyton is an absolute goddess!! At first, before I found Peyton, i went to Salon 507 and a so called "stylist", Angela, BOTCHED my hair and damaged and burnt my hair to the point where it was breaking and falling off BUT Peyton came in on a Saturday at the very last minute (she never works saturdays) and without hesitation said "Dont worry I got you and we will fix this". Like a goddess, she took her time to make sure I got the best service talked me through it all and educated me on how to take care of the color. I didn't doubt her for a second because she was just so confident and she did not let me down. Thank you PEYTON for saving my hair!! 5 stars is not enough, she deserves so much more!!
