Massage Envy offers massage, skincare, and stretching services aimed at promoting overall wellness.
Customers praise the skill of the estheticians and massage therapists, highlighting their ability to address specific needs like knots and provide a relaxing experience.
While the service is generally well-regarded, some customers note inventory issues with products, suggesting a potential area for improvement.
Despite this, the friendly and welcoming atmosphere, particularly at the front desk, is consistently mentioned as a positive aspect of the business.
I can tell the location is under new management and back on track. I received a massage twice from Kylie and she is worth the 35 minutes drive! Laney provided a facial from heaven and I can’t wait to see you ladies again. Please give this location another shot, you won’t be disappointed!
I have been seeing Alicia at this Madsage Envy location for a little under a year now. The establishment itself is clean, calm and relaxing. As for Alicia, one of the BEST! I prefer a medium/firm pressure and she does an incredible job. 5 stars!
Alicia is absolutely an amazing massage therapist! The massage was incredibly relaxing, and the techniques used were very effective at relieving muscle tension and tightness. The pressure was just right, with special attention given to my lower back which needed it most. I left feeling relaxed, refreshed, and noticeably less tense. Very professional, knowledgeable, and attentive throughout the entire session. I would definitely recommend and will be returning!
