Great Clips is a popular hair salon known for its friendly staff and quality haircuts. Customers appreciate the prompt and personalized service, as stylists carefully listen to their requests and make detailed notes to ensure consistent results. The salon offers competitive pricing, and many enjoy the occasional sales and promotions, despite the challenges of advertising due to local restrictions. While the overall experience is generally positive, some customers have noted concerns about cleanliness and management interactions. However, the salon remains a go-to destination, especially for families, thanks to the exceptional customer service provided by the staff.
Birdie did an amazing job on my hair. Shes so easy to talk with and she gave me exactly what I wanted. I’ve been to other locations and they messed up my hair. I know I can trust her with my hair. That’s a big thing for me and I appreciate her making me feel comfortable and trusting. Huge relief! Thank you Birdie! 🩵
I had a great experience at Great Clips, and I want to give a shoutout to my stylist, Birdie. This was my first and second time having her cut my hair, and both times she did an excellent job. She really listened to what I wanted and understood the type of fade and overall look I was going for—and delivered exactly that.
She’s also great with beard and mustache trimming, which can be hard to get just right, but she nailed it. On top of that, she has a great smile and is very friendly and approachable, which made the whole experience even better.
The entire staff was welcoming and greeted me as soon as I walked in, creating a positive atmosphere right from the start.… read full review
