We had Jonathan come out to check our 15 year old system that was not functioning. Ended up needing replacement as the coil had a bad leak that we let go for too long. Fan assembly was never cleaned and had gone out of balance. ?
Gave a fair price and had a new system quicker than we thought was possible! Great guy to talk to and he showed us proper maintenance afterwards so we know how to keep up with it now.
Will absolutely recommend him!

Pratt Pro was phenomenal! Jonathan was able to give me great advise over the phone which help keep our family from losing thousands to Milestone unnecessarily. He then responded quickly to inspect our non working A/C, and replaced the necessary equipment at a reasonable price. Definitely the right company for a/c needs. Old school honesty, old school professional!

We just had Pratt Pro out to look at our AC unit that wasn’t cooling. We were thankful he was available on a Saturday with short notice. He replaced the capacitor outside and recommended maintenance on our second unit. Both are running efficiently now and the house is nice and cool again!! Highly recommend this company!
