I just had a wonderful experience meeting my new hairstylist, by the name of Mark. He is a middle easterner with a very cool accent. A real professional with 27 years experience and in his first week here at Great Clips in the Richland Commons within Watauga, Texas.I really enjoyed our conversation, I could tell that he is very proud of his work. Mark does not like to leave anything unfinished. He adheres to what I asked of him and delivered immediately. I ❤️ the VIP treatment that I received and will definitely be a repeat customer with this man and YOU should too!

This was my second time to visit this location. Sandra was my stylist both times. So let me say I have been through so many stylist and they always mess up my hair. Either they it cut too short or uneven. Sandra definitely has exceeded my expectations. She is very transparent and PRECISE! You can tell she is a VERY, VERY, VERY dedicated worker. She has a wonderful personality as well. I see reviews about the location itself which to be honest are somewhat accurate. The place could do with an upgrade but it is clean. I appreciate that. Geez! This place needs some TLC. No hot water for a shampoo, sun bleached hand written notes on door, etc and the "stylists" are miserable. No personality or friendliness. Horrible experience for what used to be a cheap cut for my kid. Now $23!
