This is the only company of 4 I tried to get to come take care of my Maytag dishwasher that was flashing codes. Thought it was the pump (diagnosed over the phone with my husband) so he came prepared and brought the new one with him. That wasn’t the issue so, they took it back and traced it to the computer board. Travelled back with a new board a week later. Not the board. Turns out it was a more complex issue that would cost a lot more than a new dishwasher which he was hopeful wasn’t the case but, alas it was. Mr. Spinks is an honest, professional, reliable, and knowledgeable appliance repair technician. He conducted a comprehensive examination of my broken freezer and then provided me with reasonable and cost-effective options to resolve the issue. Definitely a preferred local vendor!
Roger was great. He was easy to contact and to schedule an appointment. He thoroughly checked my ice maker -- twice to determine whether it could be repaired. He was also very helpful with recommendations for replacements -- what brands/types to avoid so I wouldn't need to call him again. I definitely will use him again if (when) I need an appliance repaired.
