Everyone is friendly. It’s easy to make an appointment. The ladies at the front desk are knowledgeable. When we took our dog in for her nail clipping last time, they made one of her nails bleed, but they put some stuff on it to make it stop. When we bought our last six months of medication, it expired before we had used all of it, but they honored it and gave us new medication in exchange.
Update: When Xena had to be put to sleep, I was amazed with how caring and considerate the entire staff was. They allowed us to wait for my daughter to come from out of town. In the meantime, we were able to say our goodbyes to Xena in a quiet room on a blanket... read full review

I cannot say enough good things about this vet office. They’re caring & compassionate. They go above & beyond. They know what they’re doing and they do good at explaining what’s going on. So far I’ve only taken two of my senior animals, and I will use them for all of my animals & recommend them as well. The first vet to ever actually figure out my 100lb senior goldendoodles ear issue & even treat his grooming ouchie without making me feel like a horrible pet owner. They were so sweet and caring when my cat became suddenly sick. I love this Wallisville vet center. I have two fur babies. The Great Dane won’t let any other doctor touch her. Dr. Wright works great with my babies and all her technicians are the best. We don’t go anywhere without Dr. Wright. From the front desk, all the way to the very back, everyone goes out of their way to make you and your fur babies feel right at home with their great cheerful faces coming in greeting you. This center is always so clean and fresh and they have the best prices for their service. If you need a great place to take your babies, well this is definitely the place to take them hands down!
