Corey and Tyler were very efficient. They took the time to clearly explain the steps they would be taking to complete the job. They were very courteous and professional. They also made sure that I was completely satisfied with their work. I would highly recommend these two for any future Servpro assignment.
It’s never fun waking up at 1:30 AM to discover half of your home flooded. After immediately contacting my insurance company, I called ServPro to assist in the cleanup process. Later that morning, Corey and his teammate started working on my home. From the moment Corey entered my home, I felt a sense of trust with him. He was able to answer all of my questions, many of which were probably outside the scope of his job. When my insurance agent/company was not there to answer my questions, Corey was. They were able to get everything torn up in my home to prevent further damage and began placing fans and dehumidifiers all throughout my home almost immediately upon arrival....read full review
