We have been on this software for almost 4 years. Changing software is never easy or problem free. They were there every step of the way. We still run into issues here and there, but we have no problems reaching out to the staff and getting a response. If the answer is not figured out right then, then they find the answer and reply back pretty quickly. I've actually have developed really good relationships with some of them. I think they're great!

After being in the heavy equipment business over 40 years I have seen many business systems come and go, Basic Software Systems by far as been second to none. The support team is very responsive and speak our language and understand our urgency. It will be the last system I will be working with.

I have been involved with the Basic Software family since 1994. Have had it at several tractor dealerships that sell Case, New Holland, Kubota and John Deere. It is very user friendly and easy to learn for novice computer users. The support staff is amazing and always on time! I have actually trained several bookkeepers at other dealerships around the country. I would recommend their system to anyone who has DIS or any other tractor industry software.I have supervised three conversions and it is a very smooth transition! I am very happy to be a part of the BSS family!!
