My thermostat went out a few weeks ago during one of the hottest times of the summer. I contacted Zip, the company I purchased my heating/AC unit from several years ago. Lyle and TJ, the owner, came out to help. They were honest, courteous, and professional. Their pricing was reasonable, which was truly a blessing. Requested maintenance and was contacted in a timely manner to get me scheduled ithe day after next. Lyle showed up and was courteous and efficient. He checked both the inside and outside unit and was out well within an hour. Great local business with great customer experience.
