Very easy to use! The staff was there for us either by phone or email and willing to help with whatever question we had. My daughter obtained her DL without any issues thanks to XLR8!

They were so nice, and honestly went out of their way to help. They stayed later for me to come in and squeezed me in for a drivers test when the class was full. They truly went out of their way to help and extremely communicative.The receptionist, Nancy is the nicest person you will ever meet.HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Hard time getting a hold of anyone when you need help, and when you do get help, you aren't getting the answers you need to get things done right. I was told on the phone that we had to repurchase the course all over again because they could find no record of my son completing the classroom part. Then, when I went into the email, sure enough he was already issued his 964, meaning he did in fact get the classroom part 100% done before the course expired. If they would have answered my inquiry in full rather than just sending the 964 certificate with no other guidance, I would not have bought the course all over again for no reason.
