Guys working the desk were absolutely knowledgeable and forthcoming. Transparency is appreciated by me and so also is good service. You add in reasonable prices and the right equipment and we all can get things done. Win win.

I was in and out with the pump I needed to rent in just a few minutes. I got the pump back to the jobsite, unloaded it, hooked it up and it started pumping on the first pull on the starter rope.
