I visited this location recently and was really disappointed to see that there was only one employee working. I believe her name was Hailey? She was clearly doing her absolute best — running the register, answering phones, helping customers, and trying to keep things moving. She was very courteous and polite despite many customers coming in and being downright rude to her. She answered all my questions and provided recommendations (I ended up not purchasing anything at this time due to the higher prices, but I will be back in the future)

I've had no problems with the people in the Optical dept. In fact the women that helped me was very knowledgeable and helpful. We've been getting our glasses made at Target Optical for a few years now and will continue to. I highly recomment them, large selection of frames and they will also order frames you like if not in stock.

The manager Renee was very helpful and answered all my insurance questions. They have so many amazing frame options, and the prices are reasonable. I will be back soon with my husband to shop for us some new glasses.
