Shelton Plumbing is my go-to for my personal home and 2 rental properties. Kristen and Whitney’s customer service is always top-tier when calling in. The rest of the Shelton team is prompt, professional, reasonable, great at communicating and most importantly — trustworthy. I use them often and it’s a great experience every time.
Had the best experience* office scheduler Kristen was caring and compassionate, helped reroute and get a plumber out to us ASAP. We had done without water the previous day and night and we're hoping to have it fixed but our property manager (Bluebonnet property) did very little to nothing to help once I personally spoke to Shelton plumbing and told them the situation they were quick to act and had us back up and running water on, leak stopped, and replaced broken pipe pieces in no time* plumber was very polite knowledgeable and super friendly. Couldn't have asked for a better outcome.
