Prompt Technology is a full-service IT shop that has been locally owned and operated since 2004. They offer a range of services including sales, support, and maintenance for computers, printers, and networking equipment. One satisfied customer took their daughter's gaming PC to Prompt Technology for repair, and Josh quickly diagnosed and fixed the issue at a reasonable price. Another customer had an ongoing problem with their Service Pro computer and HP printer, and after unsuccessful attempts by Geek Squad, Josh from Prompt Technology was able to find a solution during a home visit. Additionally, a customer's friend had their computer hacked and Prompt Technology was able to clean it up remotely in a timely manner. Overall, Prompt Technology is a reliable and knowledgeable computer repair solution for both personal and business needs.

The gentlemen at this repair shop were super friendly and helpful. I went in with a webcam issue on my laptop that just needed a simple flip of a switch and they were so helpful and kind and didn’t charge me a penny! Would highly recommend visiting them for your electronic repair needs!

Absolutely incredible place and friendly staff. I had a problem with my computer charging and the staff promptly found the problem and even threw in a free piece of equipment in to fix it. Very friendly and helpful! Would go here again any day!

Never will I take my electronics anywhere else but here! I had a gosh awful experience through best buy and brought my lap top here and Josh looked at it, told me how much it was going to be and how long it would be gone for. It even got done a day early! Thank you a million times over for your polite hospitality. You've gained a forever customer, and I highly HIGHLY recommend bringing your devices here. Very professional, very decently priced, and overall good work time.
