I don't know much about the company I general, but I will say that our technician, Kelvin Palmer, was awesome! He was ultra professional, kept me in the loop the whole time, and did way more than I asked around every turn. That guy deserves a raise! Even when my son's dogs were at my house, and wreaking havoc acting like they wanted to eat the guy, he never wavered in his duties. I would recommend Kelvin to anyone, and if the rest of your staff is half as professional as he is, then I'd recommend your company.

Called to have my lines hydro jetted at the advice of a different plumber. Called Mr rooter and they someone the next day. Kelvin and Brayden were both very nice and made sure to triple check my pipes drained correctly before they left. I'd very much recommend them to anyone with plumbing blockage issues. They were very patient when dealing with the home warranty company while here as well.
