“as a guy, I was hesitant to go to a skin care facility, but as a personal trainer, I interact with a lot of women who prioritize the health and wellness of their skin, particularly antiaging. Last year I was diagnosed with throat, cancer and underwent 33 rounds of radiation along with some chemotherapy which reeked havoc on my skin having been a personal trainer and bodybuilder and fitness model how I looked I kind of took for grante. Radiation literally put decades of the equivalent to intense UV trauma, think tanning every day for over a decade. My female clients ALL come here and one even offered to pay for my first chemical peel if I woukd just get over my stigma and go to a facility primarily targeting facial skin and anti-aging. I'll admit right off, ladies, the work you do to stay young is way more than any guy "gets", I'm doing a fraction of it. it's a commitment but after several months of following the good doctors protocols I can't believe how much healthier my skin looks and feels. even my chin which got blasted with radiation bc of its location to the tumor has been tightened up noticeabley. Yes it is a commitment of time and money, though less than I expected, but I think when we are young and healthy we take for granted how we look and to a certain extent feel like we're going to look until you don't and then at that point you're having to do repair versus prevention. I wish that I had put in the time for prevention in my 30s that would've helped my body be a little more prepared as prepared as it can be for radiation and then just getting older none of us even us you know manly men want to admit that getting older is something that we have to deal with. you can what is happening or you can do your best to look your best and feel better as well as be healthier. Your skin is the largest organ in your body and I can tell you when your skin is healthier. You feel better because I've had my skin be very unhealthy from radiation and chemotherapy and I will tell you it is not a good feeling and probably something that a lot of people suffer from just by way of not really taking care of their bodies and just aging so now I am much more proactive I follow the protocols that the Doctor and his team provide me and I already feel like I look 10 years younger. I'm almost back to where I was when I finished my radiation up in November 2024 and honestly believe that if I continue doing what they recommend that I could actually wind up looking younger with tighter skin than I had before I got my radiation and I was a person who as a personal trainer, put a lot of effort into healthy and drinking exclusively skin and body refinery will actually take you to the next level with everything from with everything from providing the nutrients that your body is missing via supplementation and IVs with nutrients to top of the line facial creams, and other products that I'll be honest with you he's explaining to me and being a guy I still don't quite understand all of it. What I do know is that the protocols work? I gave a five star review but if I could give a 10 star review I would!!“
