Unbelievable experience!! Russ was friendly, honest, open and sincere. He was more interested in giving us good and helpful information than in just making a sale. I had complete trust in his ability to explain products, suggestions and advice. His customer service is excellent. I had my spa installed 4 days after buying it. Some places told me 6 months to a year or more. His installers were incredible and efficient. They really know their stuff and provided a wealth of knowledge and help. Fantastic experience! With any projects, there were bumps. But Russ helped us through every issues. Stood up strong and was a excellent contractor. Can't control everything but when you have someone behind you every step of the way making sure it was perfect, that is all you can ask for. I would recommend Lazy Days to anyone looking for pool in Central Texas.
