Had called earlier in the week to see about getting a hot tub cut off and adding an EV charger in its place. Took a few days but got a call from a very friendly guy to set up an appt. I’d called another company and so let him know I thought I was covered. He told me to call back and ask for him if anything changed.
Well, things changed and he was able to send out Shawn within about 20 minutes. He did exactly what I asked of him and got the whole job done in a bit under two hours. Clean work and clearly explained. Car is charging like a champ and hot tub is free to the first one who wants it! Haha

So my wife and I have been using Hensel Electric for all of our electrical needs in our home. They go above and beyond on every project and their customer service is beyond exceptional. I recommend this to anyone who is having issues with there electrical! Ask for Tony (tech) and Jacob (manager). Great company, fantastic work and phenomenal customer service!

I have used Hensel multiple times for various remodel/emergency reasons throughout the last 7 years, they are always knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. If you are told that they will put you on the board instead of making an appointment is because they are super busy and emergency jobs take priority (many companies do this) I was called quickly for appointment so don't get discouraged.
