Love the proximity to my house. The members are very friendly and it is not as crowded as Planet Fitness and Gold's gym. As someone who frequents the gym often, it is nice to not have to wait on guys to clear the squat racks. This gym has multiple racks, which makes it really convenient. Would recommend bringing a yoga mat to take advantage of the ab area! I also personally like to support a family business rather than national chains.

I love it except for when the music is loud. I left earlier than I wanted because of that. There's usually very few members at 11 pm when I go. Even with ear buds it's too loud.

Have not started yet but the system they offer really appealed to me and my son. What more can be asked than a 24 hr gym at your convenience totally. Excited to get going!! I'll update soon
