There workmanship is trash , only lived in our new home came from factory in Waco Texas in side trim is trash out side trim Bulges out . First day moved in there was one busted window an a cracked window did get fixed , there shingles are trash lowest winds make them flap over even at the eve told palm harbor Killeen about it 2 months again still nothing has been fixed two windows leak every time if rains , there wiring in trash if you use hair dryer in master bath the gets bathroom outlet sits breaker off floors squeak front door you can see daylight coming from it when door is close now noticed water around one toilet don’t know if it’s wax ring leaking or the pluming...read full review
My house has been a mess since i have gotten it. Every ceiling in my house has cracks, cabinets are not put together right, doorways are out of square, walls are bulging out, even have mold on inside of walls, someone came to look 3 months ago from Waco but nothing has been done. My house is only 6 months old.
WORST place EVER!We had a broken pipe in our second bathroom that was found a month after we moved in, funny thing is, we only had water running for about 3 weeks into the house.The problems happen prior to even this though. We were supposed to have our trim out before we even moved in, mark came to do an inspection, said he’d be back within a couple weeks, never showed up. That was in OCTOBER, it’s now March.Now, our wall is broken, my son cant sleep in his room, because his room is connected to the bathroom, and mark tells us it’s because he has other “emergencies”.
