This company has been the biggest disappointment of our home-buying process. What should have been an exciting milestone turned into a constant battle to get basic answers and support. Their follow-through is nonexistent, and any effort to get clarity or assistance was met with silence or dismissiveness. We regret working with them and hope others can avoid the mess we went through. They are sloppy and act like they care when you show up in person then blow you off.

PLEASE DO YOUR RESEARCH, I WISH I WOULD HAVE!!!!!!!
If I could give 0 stars, I definitely would! They use cheap materials and do not take pride in building anything! We haven't even lived in our home for 4 months and more things are coming apart. They promise to fix it and says that someone will call but no one ever does. I still don't even have one of my shutters that blew off during transport! Getting to the point where I guess I need an attorney! Super frustrated at this expensive learning experience!
