I called this office, next to Walmart, gave them my new insurance information and when I went in, they said the Co-pay was $70. I thought that was high but paid anyway. Only to find out through an additional bill that came later, they did not take my insurance. They knew this and did not say it up front. As well as they day after my appointment I had pink eye.

Dr. Divin was the 4th optometrist I have been to in Central TX, and probably the 10th optometrist I've been to in my lifetime. She is the ONLY one who adjusted my contact lens prescription to perfection--both for reading and for distance. I was always led to believe that at my age I had to choose one over the other. I liked the fact there was no waiting to get an appointment nor waiting once I arrived. She did not double/triple book like many others in Waco. She demonstrated true caring for my eye health. I highly recommend her.

Rude office help.... I've been a patient there for over 5 years. When I made my appointment for 11.11 2022 the office help said I was the last appointment for the day and said don't be late because they are closing early..office help also disregarded the fact that I had new insurance. DIVINS IS GOOD HER HELP IS HORRIBLE
