The kindest veterinarians, technicians, and staff. They are all truly animal lovers which is a HUGE deal to me. I've had very bad experiences in the past where other clinics just wanted tons of money without proper care. They love my two kittens with their whole heart and spend plenty of time with them to make sure they find the correct treatment. They always find a way to fit you in if you have an emergency as well! My male kitten had a fall from a tree and had hyphema on his iris, they got me in the same day and spent a significant amount of time making sure he was okay, also gave him lots of love and treats! He is always very excited to see them which speaks volumes coming from a cat! They are the best in Waco, 10/10!
We took Rainbow in for her annual checkup and vaccines and had a great experience as always! Dr. Edwards and technician Haleigh were very patient, thorough, and sweet! They are both very personable and you feel comfortable asking them questions and talking to them. Rainbow was left to me after her first mom went to Heaven and they were able to help me figure out how to get her microchip registered to me as well, which took some extra time but they took the time to get me the info I needed so we could get Rainbow's microchip securely registered. The receptionist today was very sweet also- I didn't get her name- and Kristin and Nelda are always amazing as well.
