Very satisfied with Cen-tex appliance service. Kevin Smith, the owner/tech assessed my Maytag washing machine on the same day I first called and determined a part needed to be ordered. Within 2 days, he'd received the new part and installed it. Better yet, Whirlpool uses this company for factory authorized service. So, when I called (at his suggestion) to ask if they would honor a warranty claim 2 months out from the warranty expiration, Whirlpool paid for the diagnostics and replacement parts. I'm so glad I called Cen-Tex!
This guys were verry helpful and verry professional.They work with me from the beginning to the end on a factory warranty from Frigidaire that was giving me a run around on a 6 month old AC.I'm verry happy with them and I 100%recommend them for appliance work.ššš
I was a little skeptical after reading these reviews but the repairman was fantastic. They called and said when he would be here and he was right on time. I would not hesitate to use them again. Whirlpool even fixed it for free under the warranty after it expire. He actually went over board with cleaning up, takes a lot to impress me after 26 years in the military. Iām impressed.
