Very dissatisfied! My mom needed care and we had one visit in 2 weeks. We made multiple requests for a therapist to call and set up appts that were ordered my MD. No one even bothered to return our calls. So now 2 weeks after injury and we are desperately trying to find another company that will actually show up. Thumbs down on Accentcare!

Worse place in the world. Communication is horrible. They don’t return calls, take accountability , nor support concerns. They have caller ID and will hang up on you to avoid addressing problems. Who ever runs this office need to be replaced. This is supposed to be support and services for those in need of care. Instead they make needing care a nightmare!! I hope anyone who is considering this office to read the reviews . Unfortunately, I didn’t, and ended up going through everything listed in the review section.

Not attentive at all. Calls unanswered, no communication. Let my papa lay in urine soaked bed all night, when called to help us they said no. Still haven't picked up bed ..waiting 4 days now . He passed 4 days ago and someone showed up to shower him, where is communication, he passed 4 days ago . If I could give negative stars I would .
