We once had an amazing mail carrier; she retired and it’s been one headache after another. Items thrown over my fence where the dogs have access, one package left next to the trash can by the road, etc. They didn’t even check my mail today and it wasn’t a postal holiday (I put my mail out at 6:20 am and when I came home at 5, it was still there).

Our mail lady is the best I've had in several years...she is fast and efficient. She never loses our packages, our box is always closed. And she does special delivery requests if it is raining so our stuff doesn't get soaked. Above and beyond service. I heard they are extremely short staffed and people are so exhausted from working 6 days a week constantly. It pays Great more people need to apply. Instead of complaining they need way more people.

The lady working the front desk was just rude and condescending. I was having a difficult time making the usps box work cause it was my first time using it. She grabbed the box and yelled, "don't you wrap Christmas presents!?" LOL. She has no customer service skills and hates her job or life. It is funny now, but I would put her in the back not the front.
