The United States Postal Service (USPS) is the only organization in the country that regularly delivers to every residential and business address. USPS is committed to providing secure, reliable, and affordable delivery of mail and packages to more than 157 million addresses in the United States, its territories, and its military bases worldwide. Processing and delivering 47 percent of the world's mail, USPS manages over 30,000 retail locations and constantly innovates to make customer experiences better.
The local Post Office at 285 S Archie St offers walk-in passport services. Customers have reported receiving excellent service from their mail carriers, who are fast, efficient, and go above and beyond, such as ensuring packages are not left in the rain. However, the Post Office is facing staffing challenges, with employees working long hours and feeling exhausted. Customers are encouraged to be understanding and to consider applying for job opportunities at USPS to help address the staffing shortage.
I absolutely love this post office staff has always been so friendly and helpful. I mail ebay packages and they have never thrown my items nor be rude when I ask for a receipt. I go out of my way to do business at this location due to their awesome customer service thank you! Luckyfindsco2026
Went in there to get information about getting a passport lady threw the papers back to me and said in a rude manner barely any information, tried to return a package and she threw the package on the desk not knowing there was a fragile item inside. Please train your workers on customer service. Will not return to this postal office.
This is the 4th time one of their driver's has made a false report about not being able to deliver to my property, I got security cameras showing they didnt even drive down pass my mailbox. I get things happen sometimes but when they lie about it and then make it so I have to reschedule redelivery its when it pisses me off.
