New world provides excellent service. My a.c. stopped working Saturday and they came out Monday and replaced it. They are very knowledgeable and fast with extremely fair prices. Wonderful men to take care of my rv on a few occasions that have arrived in the past year.

We had a slide on our RV get stuck and couldn’t retract it. After calling around with no luck, New World RV was the only company that actually answered the phone on a Sunday. True to their word, they came out Monday. They quickly diagnosed the issue, tracked down the exact part we needed, and even drove about 20 miles each way to pick it up. Once they had it, the repair was done efficiently and professionally, and we were back on the road much sooner than we expected. Really appreciate their responsiveness, follow-through, and willingness to go the extra mile—literally. Highly recommend!!

Excellent experience! We had a complicated problem with our furnace and stove and they figured it out and fixed it. They are kind, knowledgeable, professional and fair. This is the second time we have used them. We highly recommend!
