Excellent service, they answered all the questions we had and we were even able to sign up for the yearly service plan for that peace of mind to make sure our septic system is well taken care of.
Was able to fit me in the day I called and even provided me with a rough estimate on priceArrived on time and called when they were 20min out which is a big plus when you have a busy house hold. Was able to complete the repair on our septic system and even showed me the broken parts. Jet is always friendly and does a great job!
Caller on a Monday and they scheduled me in that day. Curtis and his associate were very curious. They explained what they were doing and corrected the problem were quickly an professionally. Very satisfied with there work and bought a 1 year maintenance contract.
