I had a really good experience with this service. I had an emergency, and they were here right away. Explained everything they were doing and told me the price of it all before they got started. Will be using them again!

So they replaced aerator motor in septic system after it quit a month ago. Back ordered and they can only get approx 10 at a time. The fact that it took a month to get mine shows how many of these are failing. When I had system put in in 2001 it lasted about 7 years and I believe hurricane Ike caused it (salt water storm surge). Now they last about 3 years. To be fair, local people are doing best they can but problem is corporate company is putting out shoddy equipment. I paid over $900 dollars for a 10 year prorated motor. The most I have ever paid. I have been through several if those motors.

Had to have my septic system pumped. It’s recommended every 3-5 yrs and your serviceman will tell you when it has “sludge” during the routine quarterly check-ups. I wanted to give a shout out to JET Aeration for doing a fantastic job! I called yesterday and they were here this morning and it wasn’t even an emergency!
Brendan was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions and also gave me advice that I wouldn’t have thought of!
I just like to pass on information when I have a nice experience with people and at some point if you have a septic, you will need this service.
Oh and I’m sure you want to know the cost, $795.
Tell them that you saw my FB post if you decide to use them, I want them to know how much I appreciated their service! 😊

Jet ir is the most professional plumbing companies out there .they have always been there in a timely manner when I need them .they will find a way to accommodate your needs when you need them .they are a very busy company but you have to realize they are a busy company .when you want the best you have to know everyone wants them to .but even then they will always find away .they communicate all they doings from start to finish..shout out to Blake and his guys I have been using him for years now and he has always been very professional and gets the job done ......mic drop...give that man a raise
