Everything was wonderful!! Heavyn was so kind and attentive during my maternity massage and the relaxation was top notch! 10/10 would recommend to any expecting momma. Then Jessica did a fabulous job on my pedi directly after, very good attention to detail to make sure my experience was exceptional! I purchased a gift card on 3/5 to be delivered via mail, it is now 20 days later I have not received the gift card. The Woodlands, TX location states that it is a problem I need to address with the corporate office, the corporate office says it's a problem to address with the location. I am getting the run around and have yet to have a resolution. The gift card was purchased to reward an employee for doing a good job, I am now embarrassed for even suggesting going here for the gift card. How is it impossible to cancel a gift card and reissue a new one? How does someone ship a $300 gift card with no tracking number? I am flustered and upset, please provide a resolution ASAP!!!!

Made an appointment online . I was called the next day and told I'm sorry we had a glitch you no longer have an appointment, someone was a minute faster than you and so it double booked! Very upset it was my only day off.
